Crystal Rivers is a mixed-use development in Athi River, Machakos County, providing a modern, spacious and secure gated community complete with an ultra-modern shopping mall for new home buyers and visitors alike.

  • The deposit for this plan is 1M. Then the bank finances you the balance at 9.5% for 25 years.100% financing requires no deposit but the client pays all closing costs, 105% financing covers the full purchase price and closing costs.
  • At Crystal Rivers Mall & Residence, the fixed-rate mortgage comprises a 25-year term on 105% financing at a rate of 9.5%. However, one is free to choose the number of years suitable to them e.g. 5, 10, 15, the maximum being 25.
  • The percentage split for any referral will be 1% hence payment will only be made upon receiving a full deposit.
  • Validation will be through email whereby the referee will have to copy the referred party – to confirm the transaction.

  • The monthly rental income ranges from Kshs 45,000, inclusive of the service charge.

  1. Located near the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), SGR and the Expressway therefore giving one easy access to the city.
  2. The only apartments in Nairobi having a 4-aside playground as part of the amenities.

Crystal Rivers development has a fully functional water treatment plant and water recycling plant. As a result, every development (including apartments) gets portable water in the tap 24 hrs. – – The recycling plant helps recover 80% of all the wastewater generated within the development and is utilized for secondary purposes e.g. cleaning, and fire-fighting.

There is a jogging track provision within the 5.7 acres of Crystal Rivers for use by the residents.
